Home Exercises For Golf

Golf Exercises No Comments »

Golfers want to play golf, not lift weights or exercise for golf. Unfortunately these golfers are not improving. You see… your golf swing requires a certain level of both strength and flexibility. You cannot attain this by hitting more balls or taking more lessons. You can ONLY get this from training your golf muscles specific to your golf swing.

Home exercises for golf is one of the easiest ways to improve your golf swing power, consistency and accuracy. This is such a “no-brainer”. Simple exercises ANY golfer can do. Doesn’t matter if you are 22 or 72 you can do these easy golf exercises.

Stretching is one aspect EVERY golfer should focus on, especially the older golfer. If you’re in this demographic, don’t be afraid. I don’t care if you can’t come close to touching your toes or can’t even scratch your own forehead…you can do this program!

It’s NEVER too late!

Doing simple golf exercises in the privacy of your own home removes the time and convenience reason (excuse).  Just put on some comfortable sweats and off you go. You don’t even need much equipment.

How about if I told you all you need is an exercise ball, tubing with handles and ONE pair of dumbbells and you’ve got your golf exercise home gym?

Well… that’s all you need!

I hope you are getting this. The results you’ll get are amazing! More yards off the tee. Consistently hitting the fairway! And…LOWER scores!

What more do you have to read to take the plunge? Don’t you want to stop the madness? Walk off the 18th tee with a BIG ‘OL grin on your face!

It’s time to TAKE ACTION!
